Jazz harpist-pianist-vocalist Corky Hale has worked with Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee…the list goes on and on. Corky was a close friend of Billie Holiday, having played for her on TV, recordings and in concert. She honors her friend on the 102nd anniversary of her birth (April 7) with a special show at Catalina Jazz Club. Joining Corky will be vocalists Eloise Laws, Freda Payne and Tricia Tahara. They will be backed by Lyman Medeiros on bass, John Chiodini on Guitar and Gene Coye on drums.
